Client Overview
myhELO is a heath care software-as-a-service with a consumer side that encompasses healthcare tasks broadly, for both providers and patients. My responsibilities in this company were to work closely with the development team in creating UX strategy and UI assets for the B2C patient side, and work on the marketing team in designing web and print content for the B2B provider side.
Digital Health Product
The product is an all-in-one electronic medical record(EMR), patient account, and billing system. I was tasked with prototyping what patients see when logged in, so I started with user personas.
myhELO uses the data received from digital patient forms to populate the EMR. This makes the care process seamless, having no repeat data entry or incorrect information all along the way, especially in billing. I created prototypes of the integrated forms and guidelines for the developers.
Interactive body charts are where patients choose their area of pain or specific health issue. I made multifaceted SVGs for masculine, feminine, and child body types. Each was designed with selectable body parts and is used to populate Heath Process Indicators(HPIs) within the system.
Website
My primary responsibility on the marketing team was website design and imagery. The website is targeted at providers and healthcare executives.
Out-Of-Home Ad Campaign
This project had the goal of quickly explaining and promoting myhELO to the average person (someone not involved in the healthcare industry) in a local and targeted manner. The solution chosen was a set of out-of-home advertisements including billboards, street posters, and magazine ads. Each ad features the concept of putting away the old process of paper health records and choosing a consolidated digital one, but each ad is optimized for the amount of attention/view time the target audience will have when viewing.
The billboard design was optimized for 3 seconds of attention.
The street poster design was optimized for 10 seconds of attention.
The magazine ad was optimized for 60 seconds of attention
